Active Information You Disclose For Purchase
If you make a purchase of legal forms, NCSY collects your name, billing address, billing phone number, email and credit card information. NCSY uses such information ONLY for processing your order and to contact you via email if you indicated that you wished to receive an email notification of updates or new forms and your credit card number is not stored on this site or our servers.
If you choose to contact us via email, snailmail or telephone, NCSY may retain such information also.
